Right Of Admission Is Reserved.
We honour the Sabbath, therefore from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset no crew works over the Sabbath.
Friday’s check in by latest 1 hour prior to sunset; late check in’s on this day not possible. Also,no bookings with a check out on Saturday will be possible. Bookings made with late check-in’s on Friday or a checkout on Saturdays will be cancelled, as per Cancellation Policy below. Therefore no bookings with an arrival on the Saturday will be accepted either.
Bookings Only secured once proof of payment has been received via e-mail to [email protected] within 48 hours.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Guests may not exceed the max no. of people per unit.
Cancellation Policy
Non-arrivals, cancellations, date changes or early checkout:
- From + 36 days guest forfeit 5% cost of accommodation
- From 35 to 27 days guest forfeit 15% cost of accommodation
- From 20 to 28 days guest forfeit 25% cost of accommodation
- From 14 to 21 days forfeit is 50% cost of accommodation
- From 7 to 14 days forfeit is 75% cost of accommodation
- Less than 7 days the guest forfeits full cost of accommodation
Late Check-in / Early check-out:
Guest forfeits full cost of accommodation and pays cash on the premises for services rendered on the premises, e.g. wood, etc.
Late check-in =
- Checking in a day later than the original booking;
- Checking in sunset or after sunset on The Sabbath Rest, which is Friday sunset in Paternoster. This calculator makes your planning possible http://www.timeanddate.com/sun/south-africa/cape-town
- Check in on a Saturday
Conditions Applying to Bookings
No bachelor parties allowed at The Beach Camp™
Rowdy or noisy behaviour strictly prohibited, especially between 22h00 and 10h00. Consider the other guests that come for rest.
Bookings are only secure once proof of payment has been received via e-mail within 48 hours.
At The Beach Camp™ you are welcome to bring your musical instruments along – the ones that require no electricity. Please leave ALL electronic music & noisy toys at home.
Bring your food along to self-cater on-site. Guests would wash their own dishes and ensure they clean up after themselves. If you are allergic to washing dishes, we can provide this service for you with prior notice between Sunday-Thursdays, at an additional fee.
**Arrange this with us upon your arrival for individuals / Group bookings to be arranged 1 week prior.
***Please note: The group still need to clean up after your/themselves in the communal areas.
We only accept cash as payment for services rendered at the camp e.g. dish-washing/wood etc. payable on-site.

We have no electricity by choice.
Smoking only allowed outside.
All guests agree to having familiarized themselves with The Beach Camp’s™ alternative accommodation.
The individual making the booking for the group will advise the group of http://www.beachcamp.co.za/what-do-i-bring-along/ & T’s & C’s
House rules apply for every guest. You can request a copy of the house rules upon arrival.
Check in & out times strictly after 14h00 & 1 hour prior to sunset. / Check out by 11h00. Early check-in’s or late check-out’s are not possible.
Your password for the gate is sent when proof of payment securing the booking is received.

We are in a nature reserve; therefore the following is prohibited and applies to all guests:
- No pets allowed.
- No electronic music allowed.
- No noisy/rowdy behaviour especially after 22h00 and before 10h00.
- Respect other guests that may be resting day or night or early morning.
- No drugs allowed.
- No smoking in the sleeping units/kitchen tent/Chill Cove/ablutions or in-door areas.
- No pets
- No motor bikes (unless made by guests with the curator , prior to making a booking and prior to arrival)
- No launching of inflatable boats from the nature reserve
- No electronic music.
- No off-road driving.
- Speed restriction 40km/h within the reserve
- No disturbing of plant/vegetation/animal life
No representative, affiliate, dealer, agent, officer or employee of The Beach Camp™ has the authority to change or modify these Terms, except pursuant to an official revised version of these Terms, and you may not rely on any such change or modification. These Terms cannot be changed by you and our provision of any services to you does not indicate our acceptance of any changes made by you to our Terms.
