The West Coast flowers are amazing!! Some are only 3mm big, some are brown and some are green. Some are so pink it hurts your eyes. The Beach Camp™ is in the Cape Columbine Nature Reserve along the West Coast, just outside of Paternoster. The Beach Camp™ is situated in one of the best flower reserves, Cape Columbine Nature Reserve, for West Coast Flowers…..
Here is a report of the flowers out over the past few years. It is a list of flowers that I have come across and also sent on to the Flower Line.
It may be of interest…

Apart from this webpage, are there any other websites which forecast what the coming wildflower season (Aug-Sep 2009) might be like, as well as plotting what’s coming out as the season progresses?
Thanks,

Hi Paul,
There is a flower line, but I am not sure where they get their info from. I do however try to keep a track of what I have seen blooming in the Cape Columbine Nature Reserve, so you can stay tunnes to this feed.

Hi there,
I am back in working mode and I do miss u guys a lot!
this new meditation form (if u wanna called it so) I recently learned and I talked to Piet about, is from Dr. Frank Kinslow. He calls it Quantum Entrainment, you can have a look see at http://www.QuantumEntrainment.com if you want.
I like it a lot, because it is so simple and non-esoteric and i found out, that a lot of other persons are coming up with the same idea but different technique.
i hope you are all doing well and regards to everybody please
yours Carolin

Howdy fantastic website! Does running a blog like this take a lot of work?
I’ve very little expertise in computer programming but I was hoping to start my own blog in the near future. Anyway, if you have any ideas or tips for new blog owners please share. I understand this is off subject nevertheless I just had to ask. Appreciate it!

Heya this is kind of of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have
to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding knowledge so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!

That’s, your training volume is higher in short period of time with little recovery between sets. While getting all your protein from high quality food sources would be ideal, it isn’t feasible for
most people. Most of the people are not interested in wasting their money and time for muscle building.

I think that what you posted made a lot of sense. But, what about this?
suppose you added a little content? I am not
suggesting your content is not good., however what if you added
something to maybe get folk’s attention? I mean West coast flowers – cape columbine nature reserve, paternoster | The Beach Camp is kinda
boring. You could peek at Yahoo’s home page and see how they create post titles to get people interested.
You might add a video or a related pic or two to get
readers interested about what you’ve got to say. In my opinion,
it would bring your website a little livelier.
